How to download your purchased products
How will you receive and where can you download the files of your purchased product?
As soon as your order is completed, you’ll be able to download your product in different ways.
We encourage you to download it promptly and to make a backup copy of it. Your digital content is available at your personal account for download for maximum 7 days, it is then removed from your account.
Within this period you can download it for maximum 3 times so that you may use it on your different devices. You bear all risk of loss after purchase and for any loss of digital content you have downloaded.
Download your files:
1. Right from the online shop’s confirmation page, which you will be redirected to after completing your order.
2. From your purchase receipt email.
You will receive a purchase receipt on the email address provided at checkout. This email includes a download link to the files of your product and by clicking on it you can download and safe the files.
3. From your account.
You can connect at any time to your account at dev.lightflow.info/my-account and download your purchased product from there. Open the “Order” tab and select the corresponding order number. There you will find the download link.
