Lightflow Courses and Digital Content

We hope that you will enjoy the many guided meditations on this site and that they will inspire your spiritual growth and personal power for a long time. All guided meditations, channeled by Cecilia Sifontes are copyrighted by Lightflow Productions AB and may not be duplicated and/or shared with others in any format available now or in the future, except if you have received a written permission from Lightflow Productions AB to do so. Our audio recordings may not be translated and made in your language. We do have official audio versions in some languages.

Digital Content (i.e. MP3s, articles, e-books) – Terms of Use for Streaming and Download
This is an agreement in between you and Lightflow Productions AB, please read it thoroughly before using the Lightflow Productions streaming and downloading services. As soon as you start using the services you are legally bound by all our Terms of Use. All Digital Content available on/through this site is the intellectual property of Lightflow Productions AB.

Your Rights & Restrictions
When you purchase any of our Digital Content, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital recordings for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may only copy, store, transfer, and burn the Digital Content for your personal, non-commercial use, thus you have no right to share it with others. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the digital recordings as a result of streaming or downloading them.

By purchasing a product from Lightflow Productions AB you agree that you will use it only for your personal, non-commercial use and guarantee that you will not redistribute it to others in any form available now or later. You agree not to infringe the rights of the Digital Content copyright and to comply with all applicable laws in your use of the Digital Content. Thus, you agree that you will not redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, license, or otherwise transfer or use the Digital Content without our expressed permission in writing. You are not granted any synchronization, public performance, promotional use, commercial sale, resale, reproduction, or distribution rights for the Digital Content. You acknowledge that the Digital Content embodies the intellectual property of Lightflow Productions AB, and is protected by law.

All Sales are final
All sales of digital content are final, even if you only stream it and never download it. We do not accept returns of Digital Content; downloads are not returnable, exchangeable, or refundable.

Seminar and webinar fees

1. No right of withdrawal as a general rule
When you purchase participation/register in one of our events, whether physically or online, there is no right of withdrawal as a general rule. This is because the service is linked to a specific point in time, which means that the exceptions in the Distance Contracts Act for “leisure activities” often come into effect.
This means that you cannot cancel simply because you no longer want to or are unable to attend.

2. Right to a refund if the event is canceled
If the digital event is canceled by the organizer, you are entitled to a refund. According to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN), ticket/registration money must be refunded if the event is canceled.

If the organizer refuses to refund, you can contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Complaints (ARN) to have the case reviewed.

3. If the event is moved or changed
If the event is moved to a new date, or if the content changes significantly (e.g., the keynote speaker drops out), you may have the right to cancel the purchase and get your money back.

If the change significantly impairs the digital service, you have the right to terminate the agreement.

4. Errors in the digital service provided by Lightflow Productions AB
If the event does not work technically (e.g., the streaming is down all the time), this is considered an error in the service. You should then:
• Report the error to the organizer within a “reasonable time,” which usually means as soon as possible.
• You can demand a price reduction or that the purchase be canceled (money back) if the fault is of significant importance.

Please note that this does not include errors in your own internet service. When you register for one of our events you will always receive the recordings of the event, so that you can listen to the content also if you cannot participate live.

Download immediately after purchase
Once you have purchased digital content, we encourage you to download it promptly and to make a personal back-up copy of it. If you are unable to complete a download please contact us.

Availability of Digital Content & Risk of Loss
Your digital content is available at your personal account for download maximum 3 times so that you may use it on your different devices. It is then removed from your account. You bear all risk of loss after purchase and for any loss of Digital Content you have downloaded, including any loss due to a computer or hard drive crash.

Reservation of Rights
Except for the rights explicitly granted to you in this Terms of Use, all right, title and interest in the Service of Lightflow Productions AB and the digital content are reserved and retained by Lightflow Productions AB. You do not acquire any ownership rights in the digital content as a result of streaming or downloading digital content.

All information and content, including book excerpts, data, photographs, text, graphics, images, audio clips, MP3 audio, design, artwork, music and sounds and other material (collectively “content”) included at Lightflow.info is the property of Lightflow Productions AB and is protected by international copyright laws. By using this site, you acknowledge that all such rights are valid and protected in all forms, media, and technologies now existing or hereinafter developed.

You do not have permission to use any part of this website for resale or commercial use of the contents of this site, any collection and use of any product listings, descriptions, or prices. You may not use any data gathering and extraction tools on this site. You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing Cecilia Sifontes or Lightflow’s name without our written consent.

PDFs: We do ask that you do not share or post the PDF material that comes with some of the courses as each student should have their own to work with.

Web Articles and Content
Permission is granted to electronically copy and/or print hard copy portions of this website for your personal use, and for the purpose of placing an order or using this site. We ask that you give credit to the source, Cecilia Sifontes and agree to not modify, remove, delete, augment, add to, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, create derivative works from or in any way exploit, any of the content, in whole or in part. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose without written consent from Lightflow Productions AB. You may download and print extracts from articles written by Cecilia Sifontes providing that they are not used in a derogatory or misleading context.

Any unauthorized or illegal use of the website or its content including, but not limited to, collecting names, emails, addresses, and other personal information to send unsolicited email is strictly prohibited and terminates the right and license granted herein above. We may take legal action for any violation of this agreement.

Your Accounts, Password and Security
Certain features or services offered on or through our Site may require you to open an account (including setting up a User ID and password). You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, including your password, for any and all activity that occurs under your account, and for restricting access to your computer, tablet, phone or other device. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You agree to notify Lightflow Productions AB immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or password, or any other breach of security. However, you may be held liable for losses incurred by Lightflow Productions AB or any other user of or visitor to the Site due to someone else using your Lightflow Productions AB User ID, password or account.

You may not use anyone else’s User ID, password or account at any time without the express permission and consent of the holder of that User ID, password or account. Lightflow Productions cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

You must be of Legal Age
You need to be 18 years of age or if you are not you can use our site with a parent or guardian’s permission. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate your account, remove or edit content, or cancel orders at our discretion.

Your Use of the Site
You may not use any “deep-link”, “page-scrape”, “robot”, “spider” or other automatic device, program, algorithm or methodology, or any similar or equivalent manual process, to access, acquire, copy, or monitor any portion of the Lightflow.info Site or any Content, or in any way reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure or presentation of the Site or any Content, to obtain or attempt to obtain any materials, documents or information through any means not purposely made available through the Site.

Lightflow Teachers
The names of Lightflow teachers, are provided as a service for your convenience by those teachers who have chosen to be listed on our site, or whose contact details may be passed on. Teachers have taken the Lightflow Teacher’s Training course, and are teaching the information of “The New Lightbody” or other Lightflow courses based on their understanding of it as developed by Cecilia Sifontes. All teachers are independent of Lightflow Productions AB and Lightflow Productions AB does not assume any liability for their teaching. You as a user assume full responsibility for your interactions with Lightflow teachers.

Disclaimer

The information on this site is based on channelings from spiritual guides, angels, masters and beings of light and is intended to inspire your spiritual growth and strengthen your light. These lovely beings live in the higher dimensions and have a different world view than most of us have in daily life on the Earth.

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of Sweden. By visiting Lightflow.info, you agree that the laws of Sweden, will govern these Terms and Conditions of Use and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and Lightflow Productions AB.
In the event that Lightflow Productions AB does take any legal action against you as a result of your violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use, Lightflow Productions AB will be entitled to recover from you, and you agree to pay, all reasonable attorney’s fees and costs of such action, in addition to any other relief granted to Lightflow Productions AB. You agree that Lightflow Productions AB will not be liable to you or to any third party for termination of your access to the Site as a result of any violation of these Terms of Use.
