The 5th dimensional versions of your light are very powerful which is why the guides introduce the 5th Dimensional Lightbody step by step. Your 5th dimensional lightbody is a tool to make it easier for you to play in the grander field as well as to be present as a higher being in the 3rd dimensional reality. Time as you know it only exists in 3rd dimensional life, whereas in the 5th dimension you experience yourself as being present everywhere in one moment. The meditative journeys we take in this course are simply descriptions of what exists in this timeless moment.
